Returns + Exchanges:

Unworn/unused merchandise with tags intact may be exchanged or returned for a refund or store credit. All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date your items were purchased. Locate your order at Find Your Order on our website to initiate the return process. We offer free return shipping on flat rate items. Once your return request is received and approved, you will have 3 days to ship the item(s) back using the return label provided via email. After 3 days, the return label will be canceled. If for any reason, the post office accepts a canceled label, $9.99 will be deducted from your available store credit once we receive the item(s). Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund and email you a receipt.

Order cancellation policy:

Orders may be canceled within the same day the order is placed. Note: This only applies to orders that have NOT been shipped out. Once orders have been shipped, you can not cancel the order.
