Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: 

Items purchased online will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the placed order. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link in your email or looking up your order here.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If you receive your order and it has been damaged, please email us at info@alyandlia.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will file a claim accordingly with the shipping carrier. If you believe your item has been lost, please email us at info@alyandlia.com within 14 days of receiving a shipping confirmation so we can file a claim and follow the proper guidelines by the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers claims for lost packages cannot be processed until 20 days after the shipping date.
